This is where you want to be on a cold winter's night. Nothing beats sipping on some fine Syrah while cuddling up to your special someone in front of a roaring fireplace.

Turks & Frogs peeps bring Galleryland another place to pop a cork. Wine bar focuses on Euro vintages, strong in Italian, French, and Spanish, although also straying to Cali, Australia, and Argentina. (No Turkish wines this time around, although you can get Efes Pilsner from the beer list.) Menu nods to the Mediterranean, with hummus, falafel, lebni, and feta-stuffed phyllo rolls. Charcuterie...

Citysearch Editorial Review

Although one might infer from its name that this bar is a dive filled with beer-chugging frat boys, don't be misled; the Drunken Horse is far more sophisticated. An offshoot of Turks & Frogs, this...

DH has managed to achieve one of those rare spots in the hall of recognition, which is to be an amazing place for whatever, whenever. It's effortlessly cool, a scene without being a crowd, good prices (affordable but not cheap) that make you believe there's quality but not highway robbery going on, …

So, I sort of have mixed feelings about this wine bar. First off, my review may be biased as I found myself here at about 2am when searching for a classy place to eat. It was slim pickings, even in Chelsea, as this place is close to a rowdy night club. In any case, if you are looking sip wine by a …

Great ambiance and good range of wine options. Food is more a tapas tasting menu .. At least for day drinking.

O-M-G batman....Had a blast at this little spot. Nothing is more magical than sipping a glass of wine in an open window in Chelsea. Stopped in for an afternoon refresher after a walk on the Highline. Fantastic glass of vino, pinot grigio to be exact. Crisp, light and chilled. Probably my favorite wine spot thus far.

Authentic appetizers and a great deal on seasonal wines. Good service and an immaculate restroom. Sit near the windows and watch the people walk by!

This is where you want to be on a cold winter's night. Nothing beats sipping on some fine Syrah while cuddling up to your special someone in front of a roaring fireplace.

Although one might infer from its name that this bar is a dive filled with beer-chugging frat boys, don't be misled; the Drunken Horse is far more sophisticated. An offshoot of Turks & Frogs, this upscale wine bar is high-class all the way. The wine list focuses on Italian, French and Spanish varieties, while a Turkish influenced menu offers as assortment of delicious small bites. Seats nestled near the retractable glass windows in the front lounge area provide a breezy yet comfy spot to people-watch. The dimly lit back dining area also has a few cafe tables, which make for a more intimate...
