I wanted to sell my apartment and upgrade to a bigger one so I went with Corcoran. All they spoke about is how great the website is and how they're the best. I could tell the broker spent less than 10 minutes preparing for pricing my property. They have a hundred listings in my neighborhood and none of them are selling because they keep overpricing. The broker kept pushing my to list with her because they were the best. All the marketing she was going to do was the same as all the big firms.
