Beautiful building. in unit laundry is a huge +. great shelving in the bathrooms and really nice finishes throughout. Cost is the biggest issue as it's def on the high end for the UWS

I was searching on the Upper West Side, as well as the Upper East Side. My fiance was definately leaning towards UES but I convinced him otherwise after seeing the rooftop here. As far as negative aspects.... I'm obsessed with the Trader Joes. I spend too much time in there.
