Fuck Sam ash. They buy and sell stolen equipment. I know first hand because they fucked me. Lied about having my guitars. Until police got involved. Then came up with one. And sold the other 2 and claimed they had no way of finding out where they went. Beware.

I want to say that you make my list of Best Customer Service experiences ever. I bought a brand new guitar that developed a crack from the neck to the pickup, and I brought it back and was promptly ordered a replacement. Thanks to Preston, in the Orlando store, for being such a great help in a heartbreaking moment.

I hate that your gift cards that you earn by spending thousands of dollars with your company expire after two months. I don't always need something right away. 60 dollars worth of gift cards are now lost. I have plenty of other choices other then sam ash.
