Paramount Towers

Complaint

This apartment used to be the most beautiful and peaceful place to be in. I was always proud of this apartment, along with many of my friends who are fellow residents of Paramount Tower. Unfortunately, the office people in management changed for Paramount Towers a couple years back and has made it hell to live in. All of a sudden we have new policies we ve never heard of when it comes to residents. These vary and even include ridiculous rules regarding friendly pets in the apartment. They pull these new rules every once in a while when they feel like it and drive us to basically have to either choose between our home or our family member.
Management is barely ever available when we need to take care of issues but will be the first ones here to complain about residents or scold us.

It is ridiculous that no dogs are allowed in or out of the front door and that we have to take service elevators. There is ONE service elevator for a 51 floor building. We already have to carry our dogs, regardless of our big, in and out. Why do we need to be treated this way and have to use the service elevator along with entering and exiting through the back door? It is preposterous.

The doormen and all other staff members are the most hardworking, amazing people I ve ever met. I m sure everyone loves the doormen who work hard for them at their apartments but Paramount Tower s doormen will go above and beyond, out of their ways, to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable where you are. They are like everyone s second family and we all are so thankful.

I wish they hired managing supervisors and other management employees according to the criteria they hire doormen. Managing is about assisting the residents, not about power/authority!
