I had such high expectations of Origo Spa Lounge when my BFF and I saw it online. The images looked so tranquil and appealing. In booking 2 packages for a steam, 1 hour massage, facial and manicure which cost $300, my friend and I were beyond annoyed and disappointed. The staff was sloppy and in a rush to get started on the massage after our steam. Constantly, the massage therapist was talking to other staffers coming in and out of the room. My massage therapist literally didn't even give me time to dry off after the steam and just pulled the towel off my back and patted me dry to get started. My manicure was s@!t. At the end, the facial was the only decent thing in the whole experience (but still, people were rolling spa equipment in and out of the room). I will never, ever return to this place- service and relaxation was NOT what we got.
