We got a room on the third floor(302) and there was a big comfy bed and a tv with directv, also this hotel has free continental breakfast and free wifi that works! The location is great for exploring lower Manhattan. This hotel is also close to the Brooklyn Bridge and Chinatown.

I was a bit reluctant when entering but changed my mind when discovering the rooms. The furniture is new and of good quality. What can be definitely improved is the breakfast into a dark room and the level of service. Sometimes a bit slow to answer your need.
Overall a good hotel in Chinatown.

This was a nice boutique hotel, rooms were a bit tight but bed was comfortable, bathroom was quite modern with good water flow. Overall a pleasant stay in a relatively comfortable hotel.
One thing patrons should be aware of is that the hotel is really in Chinatown, as soon as you step outside the hotel door you are in Chinatown....

I travel around the US. This is my worst hotel experience ever. I booked a king size bed room and get a room with one single size and one full size beds. And the drawing fan is loud like hell. Call front desk 10times. Finally someone pick up and said that is the only room they have. They have a...

I originally reserved a double room and received a double bed and a twin bed. (for 4 adults) Anthony was extremely accommodating and switched our room.
next morning Anthony held our bags for us until we were ready to leave. Anthony did a great customer service job !
