This has been the very worse we have ever stayed in. Location is the worse. Not a safe suburb to be in. Staff were unbelievable. Downstairs in the dining room we were literally served by zombies. Reception staff have no customer service skills that you would expect. We do NOT recommend this Hotel in any way. Be not fooled by the star ratings that you read about this place. It is not worth...

Wish they had more star to give!! GREAT experience from Hemma taking care of a room issues before we arrived, Noel greeting us when we arrived and was able to check in early and check out late and then Ali getting us a private car service for the ride back to Grand Central!! The room was very clean. If you're staying in lower east side stay here!!

Had a spontaneous trip out to the city and booked a room here last minute. My stay was tremendous. The room was great. Do not let this area scare you. It is a very lively area and some great restaurants/pizza shops/markets. Rooms were very modern and comfortable.
