Friendly staff always helpful, the room was reasonable sized and comfortable. Breakfast could have some touches without to add cost for the hotel but was ok. Had not been to this area in quite a while and this was the perfect hotel. Room was king bed - not as tight as many others but by moving the easy chair forward and the desk chair to wall away from desk, was actually quite roomy. Bathroom vanity space small but workable. Very clean and staff very friendly! Nice breakfast too ! Walkable to 9-11 Mem, Pace Univ. v. close and of course the Seaport....
First time attending a concert at Pier 17. We were looking for a Hilton property within walking distance. Hampton inn seaport fit the bill. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

The heat in the room was not working. The front desk indicated something along the lines of it not being turned on for a few more days/weeks. This is absurd. I have never heard of a hotel in the US where there is no option to heat the room.
