Clean, in Manhattan\n\nThe rooms were extremely small..so small that they were like closets..No central air either

Blocks away from OneWTC and Battery Parks\n\nThe internet service was cut off due some guest leaving a faucet and it ruining the electrical connections.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly enough.\n\nThe odd layout of the lobby makes for a tight squeeze when there are a lot of guests checking in. Our room 2906 was located near the ice machine, and it was very noisy. Due to the small size of the room, there was no mini fridge. Bathroom had a tiny sink.
