This building has a lot of potential. The lobby is very big has a communal kitchen and hang out area. Mind you most students don't clean up after themselves, so the earlier you go the better. The downside is the elevators are very slow,…

wonder why their website(s) don't have pictures of the rooms??? there's a great reason for that---the rooms vary by cleanliness and safety! first off, i rated it a ""one"" because the lobby is nice. that is the only reason. the downside to the lobby....packing to go cook dinner. if you live on one of the upper floors, forget it. you have to bring all your pots, pans, food, etc downstairs ***every time you cook*** because they throw away anything left in the cabinets/kitchen. my room for example: live wires hanging from ceiling, paint and caulk stuck to floors,(and sink, toilet, etc) mold on...

It was also really quick to get into Manhattan because of all of the close subway lines, but a lot of times I found myself enjoying my...

I lived in St. George which is in Brooklyn Heights and it was awesome cause I could take the subway right to work and into the city but I also had a great neighborhood feel around the residence. I had an amazing view of the City and was usually hanging out by the promanade... oh there's a great sushi place right...
