This is probably the worst hotel service I have ever experienced.It's just ridiculous and extremely rude. I am not pointing to all of the staff there, but they gave us two people twin size bed, then insisted that it's full size bed. I had a church youth group in the hotel in the middle of March. This is the second year we've stayed at the hotel. The hotel was very cute and most importantly clean!! The bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were a tad bit tight but still comfortable. Front desk staff were amazing! Imen and Sharmalee were accommodating. Thank you for all of your help.

Aufgrund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses zu empfehlen. Es liegt in Chinatown, die Zimmer sind sauber und für ein paar Nächte absolut in Ordnung. Aufgrund der direkt nebenan befindlichen Manhatten-Bridge und der darüber fahrenden Subway ist es relativ laut, aber zum Schlafen noch erträglich.
