I wish I saw these reviews first before buying anything from this store. I bought two products costing over $350, and I had nothing but problems. No knowledgeable associates and they push the scam warranty when in actuality it starts after the manufacturer and if you can prove your device was in a accident they still have to send it out and no same day swap . Warranty is biggest scam and geek squad is hired at will with no certifications. Better off youtubing how to fix your device than trust geek squad.

Racism in Fullerton! Oh my goodness! Store associate asked my (Mexican) hubby if he needed help, after my hubby said he was just looking, the store associate then proceeded to tell him, "Don't steal anything from my store....hahaha...". Um...we will now DEFINITELY be shopping at Amazon, Newegg, Staples, Costco...well, you get the picture!

I went to this location looking for sone th ing in appliances area and nice guy was so helpful teying to assist us even though it wasn't his dept...very cool to see such nice workers on xmas eve not stressing out think his name was Jacob. .thanks
