Our hot water heater is only 3 years old and the igniter went on it. We called as we have the extended warranty. Could not get anyone out until the next day. He told us the part would be ordered on a rush basis and it would be delivered the next day. We had to cancel a doctor appointment so we could be here for the part. I gave this repair only two stars because I was stood up twice. I reserved an afternoon time slot twice and near the end of the day they called to tell me they were not coming. I wasted two half days of vacation for nothing. I cancelled my third appointment due to a death in our family but the repairman didn't get the message and showed up anyway. This was disappointing.
