I was lied to 3 times about the delivery date. I was yelled at by the dispatcher and customer service reps. I talked to the same person who gave a different name each time. I had to ask them to not throw items onto the van. Some items had been opened up and removed from the boxes. I've got the greasy hand prints to prove it and so do the police. This company either broke or badly damaged pretty much everything we own. They doubled the quote once stuff was already on the truck, then demanded more money at time of delivery or would not take it off the truck and it had to be cash.
Our cardboard boxes were all crushed. Our heavy duty plastic boxes were crushed and craked open. Stuff was unwrapped that left wrapped and came back damaged. ...
