BarbaraS may have had a bad experience, I remember the conversation was long with many questions about all I could and couldn't do for her. My apologies for not measuring up to her expectations. I'm glad I didn't lie or provide bad service. I do pride my honesty and quality of service: I just cannot be all to all.

I was surprised to read the below comments about the service because my experience was quite the opposite. I am sure the work is good because I have used them in the past. My complaint,/concern was the way I was spoken to, the lack of regard for the very service they provide. I will say that sense of urgency was translated into: waiting for over a week and maybe we can help you... Then spoken...

I am so greatful to Ron Welter for getting my girlfriend and I out of our Radisson Suite Inn room on New Years Night.
