I have gone here for a last minute manicure a few times because it is close to work and I have never been impressed. In fact, every time I leave I am annoyed because they try to sell me on a ""frequent client card"" - if I am a frequent client, why should I pay the 10 or 20 bucks to get a free manicure after my 10th visit? There is no value in that, yet the woman wouldn't leave me alone. It is a clean salon, but not busy for a $12 manicure. Unsanitary and negligent

I went there today to get my gel tips removed and had the most painful and worst experience in my life. This was my first time having gel nails and I had no idea how they were supposed to be removed. The woman who did my removal proceeded to pull the nails off by prying it apart with a metro card! She did not try to soak my hands before trying this method. My nails tore at the skin and she left many of my nails in such bad condition that I cannot wash my hands without feeling extreme pain. First of all, using a metro card is unsanitary! I can't believe she did that! I didn't know better at...

I visited YuYa for a quicky mani during lunch. The nail technician did not file my nails correctly after I asked her repeatedly. She wasn't very helpful with color suggestions. I wanted a french mani and requested the white line not look like I penciled it on and make it thicker. She then referred to her Manager who had to redo my mani.

Waste of time and money. The manager ended up being friendly and very helpful but, the technician wasn't great at all. She also did my eyebrow wax and when I looked at them, it looked as if nothing had been done.
