Dingy looking and out of date with the products they have. The girls who worked there were nice however after I spoke to a girl about a product and changed my mind at the register she rang it up anyway to tell me the price and ask why I don't want it. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I went to the store before 9 when they specifically close at 9 and they would not let me in or buy anything. They said they already closed the registers. If you close at 9 then the registers close at 9 too. Sorry I am a paying customer. I only need 1 thing. I won't go back anymore. Not happy with the customer service at all!

Overpriced! I went to get my eyebrows waxed there because it looks like a nice facility. The wax price for eyebrows says $12 and up. The woman charged me $25 what an overpriced amount when everywhere else ranges from $6-$10. I would never go here again.
