Philippe, the Wildlife Management technician, was professional and kind when handling the injured baby possum in our yard. I am grateful to the efficient receptionist that set up the immediate appointment and to Philippe for his expertise.

The actual people who came out to the house (Wayne and Phillipe) were very professional and courteous. Calling the office after the initial visit was not a pleasant experience though. The woman we dealt with (not Christina but I can't remember her name) acted like we were doing her a favor by giving Wildlife Management our business.
