took a fur coat there in May for Long Term Cold Storage. They must have ticketed incorrectly, and said it was brought in for cleaning??? It didn't need cleaning - it needed cold storage which they claim they didn't do. The girl told me they send it off site for storage, which is usually what occurs. She should not have accepted the coat, but did. They claim I never picked the coat up, which they say they sent out to a specialty company for cleaning. Why would I pick up a coat 2 weeks later that I took there for long term cold storage? I was actually there two weeks later to pick up other dry cleaning, but they never mentioned my coat being there for pickup. They NEVER called but the owner lies and said he did. If he had called, why wouldn't I have picked it up on my other visits there. I assumed everything was fine until I went to get my coat out of storage - the first girl told me the storage facility had closed down and everything was donated. The manager told me that the coat NEVER LEFT THEIR PREMISES. The owner told me the coat was cleaned as I had asked for!!!! They are all about lies and dishonesty. Go to Exclusive Cleaners on 9th and Fairfield. They are honest!

I like this cleaners. However I would like to know why it cost 3 times as much to clean and press a women's blouse than it does a man's shirt? A man's shirt just over 2 dollars a women's blouse over $6.50. Why is that??? Same type of fabric blend and women's blouses are usually smaller,
