I dropped off a pair of slacks on May 7th for cleaning and alterations one they set the stain that was on them the stain was less than 24 hours old and I had given them specific instructions on the alterations they were asked to hem the slacks one hems length and was asked not to cut them off (just in case) when I got them back one leg was a good inch to inch and a half shorter than the other leg, I returned them and explained to the cashier what they had done and left them to give them a chance to redeem rhemselves, I shoultd have known better. Incapable of on time service

Last Saturday I dropped off two items for cleaning at the Nine Mile Road location with a promised return time of after 5 PM today (Monday).

I showed up just a couple minutes ago and was told, ""Sorry, you're clothes didn't make it in today."" When I asked why not, I was told by the cashier with a seemingly arrogant attitude - as if I was in the wrong to expect that they should have something done by the time they said they would , ""they must have started and not got to yours.""

I am new to the Pensacola area and Vicks came highly recommended as the place to go for dry cleaning. I picked up my dry cleaning only to see that they were practically double of what I paid elsewhere. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hoping that the price I paid was worth the service, I was extremely disappointet to find that they ruined 1 of my brand new Calvin Klein shirts somehow putting holes in it. This place has awful customer service and the worst pricing, TOO HIGH. If customer service was better, the price wouldnt be as much of an issue. I gave them a coupon and $125 worth of dry cleaning, THEY LOST THE COUPON and didnt honor the discount.
