Larry was great, arrived on time, was thorough, took great pictures, and provided excellent advice and service.
Larry showed up on time and he did a very thorough job. He explained all the issues and made suggestions on how to fix them. We found a hole where the wires go into the house, which needs to be covered. Larry went to his truck and cut me a piece of wire and showed me to how to fix it right there and then. The whole experience was very pleasant. Starting with calling for an appointment. The employee had my info right away and could give me an appointment that suited my time schedule.Arriving there, I was welcomed with very knowledgeable staff, ready to go. My tires were on my car in no time.I will not hesitate sending my family and friends to do business with this company.
They were prompt, professional, and it was the first time in over 500K miles of driving (not the same car) that my tires were properly balanced on install. this meant I didn't need to go back to fix any shaking. They also did an alignment which was spot on as it should be. I find it funny that I am praising them for doing what I expect, but nowadays that seemed to becoming more and more rare....
