I wanted to compliment both the aeration and compose crews that came out today. I am very very happy with both crews. Both were all so nice, cordial, and courteous. I live in a tight-knit neighborhood and will tell all my neighbors about ABC and your great service!

Looked Like a 12 year Old Mowed My Lawn

The service has not lived up to the promise made by the sales person. On the first visit, they scalped my lawn in some areas - literally down to the dirt. It looked like my 12 year old neighbor cut the lawn. For the second visit, they simply didn't show up and did not call. When I called to confirm why, they said they ran out of time, but just didn't bother to call. I had to request that they come out the following day to provide the service I had already paid for. That service was somewhat better than the first, but still not at the quality I would have expected from a company as old...

One of the worst examples of apathy and lack of consideration I have had. They did not do what they said they would do and I had to track them down to get the refund. There are too many lawn care companies to put up with ABC.
