Nice park-like setting, newly renovated pool and the newly renovated apartments now have laminate floors. This is a pet friendly complex as well.

My husband and I have lived lhere at Sunset Trails for almost 2 years. The rent is not the lowest I've ever seen but its comparable with other apartments in the area. The grounds are lovely with bright manicured lawns, newly remodeled pool, clean laundry facility on site, spacious floor plans and that private community feel. The only reason I give this complex a 4 and not a 5 star rating is...

I lived her yet a short amount of time and i am ready to leave. The mangement lied about a few things. becasue it looks great from the outside but the inside is just rediculous. the neighbors had to inform me on a few things that manegement seemed to have left out. too bad im in a lease or i would be out now. the rent is an ok price but not for the area i am in. its the ghetto!

living here is the best except for the loud people that are around us. the only problem i have is their pet policy. cat and dogs are allowed but it is a $400 deposit and $25 per month. i love animals but that makes you want to not even think about pets.$400 is too much for a deposit upon $25per month
