Was disappointed that our accessibility room with roll-in shower had been given away, though we had booked the room three months in advance; however, the Director of Hospitality, Jim Haupert, did go out of his way to try and make it right. They did not have another roll-in shower room, but Jim did comp a room that was bathroom accessible....

Stayed here for 1 night as I had an early morning meeting at SDSU and this was the most convenient location. From that standpoint it was a good choice. The hotel rooms and hallways overall have nice decor. Views outside consist of large parking lots and the 8 freeway.

We have stayed only 2 nights but the staff was very helpful. Our room was well furnished ,spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfeast was pleasant because the employee kept everything spotless and well stocked. When in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

No commit. The rooms need more lighting to dark can't seed to be checked clearly in the room in the day time.The light fixtures need to be checked before guests checks in the rooms.I also hope that everything is checked out including the Spa and Pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I will definitely stay again since I am in town very often. Louis, the maintenance guy and the night auditor were all very friendly and courteous!
