I moved my mother here a little more than 6 months ago. The staff let's me know when anything is off with mom. Everyone from the front desk - Gerri, to the nurse Dennis and Melba the Administrator let me know if something has happened or if she has any new need, and how they've handeled the situation. She is SO HAPPY here, it's hard to get ahold of her on her on the phone because she's out...
