We lived in Fountain Village lasted 7 months. The worst place we've ever lived,from Mary what ever her last name was, gave a notice to pay 6 dollars or face eviction. (CRAZY LADY)! Now were facing a 5,ooo dollar battle shes not going to win. There was not one thing in that place that didnt need fixing. DO NOT RENT AT SHERWOOD OR FOUNTAIN VILLAGE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner Mary Truong is money hungry and has to create fraud so she don't have to put any of her money in her own property.

I went in to fill out an application. When I went to pay I had the application fee and the deposit all in the same money order. When I was approved I wanted to still look around but the manager refused to give me my 125.00 back . Then they upped the price of the deposit and app fee. So I asked for my money back for the deposit and they refused. I was robbed by them for my money. I would never...
