Overall, I'm satisfied living here. They started this silly trash valet thing recently, though that makes no sense because there are trashcans everywhere here. I guess they just wanted to make everyone pay an extra $25 a month for something.

The management is nice and courteous and the maintenance is prompt and friendly. The prices are OK, but everything in this area is expensive now, so...

Excellent place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Professional staff. Grounds are well kept and parking lots are kept clean and pothole free. Great place to live!

My family of four with two dogs moved into Copper Terrace apartments in March of this year, after selling our house. I haven't lived in an apartment since college so I was a little nervous. I called and viewed the same day. Everyone was so nice. The apartment was clean and very spacious. They even took pets.
