The units have been renovated and are quite nice inside. But, repairs take forever to be completed and are done by people who have no training and don't speak english. The grounds are not maintined well. In the 6 months I've lived here there have been 3 apartment managers and they hire Temporary office staff who don't know what they're doing. This complex seems to attract a lot of sketchy people.

So the quality of the place is not Park Avenue, but the apartments are spacious. Maintenance is slow, but the office staff is fairly helpful. And at least there are no bugs...(unlike the place we were unlucky enough to move to). All in all it was OK.

i like living here, this place is very nice,clean,and no problems at all. i have no problems with my apt, No crime at all, this is a very good place to raise your family.Its a very quiet place. I have lived here for three years and plan on staying here for a long time. Managemt is very professional and friendly.

Or they could not have lived here very long. Quiet? Hardly. No crime? try the opposite. Nice place to raise a family? There's no way that's true. Living here has been miserable. Do not make the same mistake I did.

i have lived in here for three years, i had no problems, managers is friendly and and on top of things. apartments are very nice inside and out. i like living here and will stay here for a while.
