I typically get the Veggie, which has olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, guacamole and vinagrette but the one downtown off of 18th & Arapahoe always burns their bread when they roll it through the toaster. I ask for the sandwiches untoasted...much better!

I was in line waiting to order and a cocktoach was climbing down the counter onto the chip display. When I told told the employee she ignored me so I said it loud enough for her to hear me. The manager never SAID a word he just came around and killed it.
