We used to rent here all the time for our business and all the functions we do but not after dealing with a rude female employee. She completely forgot who is paying who and acted like I was inconveniencing them asking what time the pickup was going to be since they were already 2 hours late. Then she has the gull to tell me they are NOT late and I must be the one wrong even though we spoke to...

The business was originally a full rental store with tools and even a truck rental side. Eventually the tools were sold off the truck rentals moved on and the party side grew with each year to fullfill the needs of the clients.
