I've lived here almost two years in a small one bedroom and I really like it. The grounds are neat,and well kept, the office staff are nice and helpful, and the maintenance staff is Great! The complex used to be very neat and green but they're working on that now. For the most part it's quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, no real drama, nice community for children too. We moved here out of convenience (in our price range, walking distance to the grocery store, public transportation nearby) and it has been the most inconvenient living situation we have ever experienced! I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy. We are stuck in a lease for another …

When we first moved in the carpet was in VERY poor condition and the staff in the office were clueless (or careless) about how to react and how to fix it. The former tenants were clearly pigs....
