They promise a certain delivery time and deliver at least 40 mins late. We have waited an hour and a half since we ordered and called twice and are still waiting for our food. Everytime we call to check up they are very dismissive.

thanks for the napkins? and the straw to my smoothie? and the messed up mushed up destroyed sanwich for delivery? bagels are good

avoid the paninis or flatbread sandwiches.

This was the second time I had ordered from Pick A Bagel. First time, no issues. This time. Many issues. I ordered food in the taxi to make sure I had time to eat before I had to be somewhere 2 hours later. I got an email confirmation that my food would be delivered in the next 45 minutes (approx. 530). At 605, still nothing. My fiance called and told them we ordered food almost 90 minutes ago...

I am surprised by the overall low rating for Pick A Bagel. The bagels here are overall excellent. They have a crisp, yet chewy outer crust. The interior is chewy but not too doughy (if you know bagels, you know what I mean). The everything bagel isn't too much garlic or poppy seed -- it's nicely balanced …
