Stayed here with friends on our 1st trip to New York. Not a lot of frills but a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was fantastic as well as the front desk staff. Breakfast had a wide selection, hot items always hot. Watched the debates on the TV in the breakfast area and the girl at the front desk brought us pretzels for our "party". We had to find last minute accommodation when we found our AirBandB apartment uninhabitable, so were relieved to find a bed here. Very friendly staff, very well-situated to do all the usual touristy things. Breakfast a bit plastic but it doesn't pretend to be a fancy hotel.
