Hotel was not new but very clean/makes me so comfortable. And the staffs are nice. Also they have valet parking only, but no need to pay if you are the customer.
The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are nothing fancy, but are comfortable. The only issue we had was the A/C didn't seem to work -- the instructions were in Korean.
The hotel is in the Koreatown neighborhood and at first glance seems like just another apartment complex. There is no big sign with its name. The free valet was a big bonus, and pretty quick. The Korean restaurant was a bit too...
Most clients were Korean, but staff spoke fluent English. Price was excellent for being so close to LA and Hollywood. Valet parking was tips-only (I paid $2 for each dropoff and pickup) so quite inexpensive and totally safe and convenient. Room was roomy enough and very clean. TV channels were limited. Fridge was a mini-bar but there was enough space for a few personal items.
Stay at this hotel was good enough, being in Koreatown the vast majority of eating options are obviously Korean, so if that's you're thing then great - if not you'll have a few chain restaurants to choose from. Hotel is located around 5-10 mins walk from the Metro which within 20 minutes can get you into Hollywood/Staples Centre/Universal City.
