Nice stay at Crowne

Hi. Came to play cards at Commerce. Convenient location right next to entrance. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. gave us free bottles of water. responding to desk lamp problem quickly. shower had good pressure. out of body wash though. my room did not have much space for toiletries in bathroom. had to put some on the floor. the towels were luxurious. quick access to check in,...

Good rooms, but hard to make it through the cloud

The rooms themselves are quite good, and the staff seems attentive and friendly. I did like the breakfast buffet and the "executive appetizer" in the evenings. What I most definitely did NOT like was that I had to pass through a huge cloud of cigarette smoke to get to the hotel. This happened no matter which entrance I used. I also did not like the parking situation; on one of my nights there...
