The bed was very very saggy, it cradled and sank in the middle. My husband and I kept rolling to the center. Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Convenient to shopping and freeway, as well as restaurants. Shopping is literally right out the door. Did not eat at on-site restaurant so I cannot comment.

Second visit to this hotel mainly due to it's convenient location and reasonable rates. Nice area amid a large shopping center in a busy retail area of Broadway Rd. west of route # 288. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Small exercise room is ok but treadmills could use some cleaning.

The hotel staff were fantastic! They made sure every need we had was met. The hotel is in Pearland Town Center so shopping, food, abe a great sports bar can be reached by a quick walk through a breaseway.

I reserved this room for my dad who was visiting while my guest room was occupied. The view of Town Center was lovely, especially at night. King size room was spacious and smelled really fresh. I had a good first impression. Only problem is you can hear every word of the person, or child, next door. Make sure you keep your voices down if you don't want to be heard by your neighbor.
