Ordered Dryer online and it arrived with wrong power cord. I noticed the side of the dryer was damaged after the lowes team left and I went to the store to exchange the power cord. I had a similiar situation with another company and thought I was going to be stuck with $6000 worth of delivered damaged appliances that sat in my garage for 5 months.  Then on the way to work one morning I heard an advertisement for the Better Business Bureau.
