Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Great service. Our plumber was very fast and knew exactly what to do. He also visited my aunt downstairs to check her bathroom commode for a leak. he found that the hose was lose, corrected the problem and did not charge an extra fee.

My kitchen sink was backed up...after I have plunged, added Drano, and had a HUGE MESS. Joe, dispatched through the Albemarle, NC office, was wonderful-polite and efficient. From my first phone call to the finished product of a sink with WATER FLOWING down the drain!!!, Roto-Rotor's service was excellent. If I ever need plumbing service again, this will be the business I call.

Joe was awesome! His service was fast and efficient but also quite friendly. We waited several weeks to have this service done thinking that it would be a hassle but Joe made it painless and now I cant believe we waited so long. We will certainly use Roto- Rooter again and ask for Joe.
