I called the owner to schedule a move for a piano for Christmas for my children. I made arrangements with him, reserved the time and told him I would call back with the address. When I called back I was treated rudely by the staff and told they were full for the day I had scheduled, that I was no where on the calendar, and that on that day they now had 12 moves for Wells music. After having my piano damaged by movers or damage caused by improper storage, I asked others who they would use if they had to move a piano. Keyboard Carriers' name was mentioned the most. I was so pleased with their service I will always call them when the need arises. To me, my piano is a precious item and I trust no other company.
