Really bad company. Over priced and can t get a delivery done on time to save their lives.. Going to buy my own tank so I don t have to put up with them anymore!

I have recently received a bill for tank rental. It is now almost 3 times the amount I paid in September for a prepaid full year?s rental of the tanks. My account is paid in full until Sept 2009. I feel I am being taken advantage of and extorted into paying not only a higher price for the tank rental but higher gas prices. It was explained to be that I would be required to pay an over market value for propane gas to avoid an additional rental fee. It was also explained that Suburban Propane needs to make money and therefore has now billed me a new year?s contract on the tank rentals. ...
