My daughter needed help. All four of our adult family members have avoided seeing Robinson at all cost and only requested to see the NP Dori as she definitely seems to truly care about the patient. Office was filthy. Doctor spent 15 minutes with me but billed for a 55 min consult. Treatment notes indicated he discussed my condition in detail when he never mentioned the word. Stay away

Based upon having an ear infection for 10 days and my regular physician being unavailable I went to see Dr Royster. After waiting in the examination room for nearly an hour she came in and did a brief exam. Said she didnt know what she could do and advised me to go to an emergency room to see a physician there. Needless to say several hundred dollars and a vast amount of time were wasted on her...

He is a very patient and kind Dr. He will take the time to explain things and answer your questions. I have chronic frequent migraines, and he has been very thorough to not miss anything serious. I had a difficult time understanding why i was getting certain symptoms with the migraines and he took the extra time out to explain it to me. Absolutely horrendous bedside manner. Will not listen to patients' concerns, nor does she care to simply ask "how are you?". I've been meaning to switch from her practice for years, and my latest experience solidified that decision.
