I have been going to Aspen Dental for a couple of years now and have found the staff polite, professional and caring. I find it nice to have all of my charges itemized so I know what I am paying for and that they make you aware of additional services if you so desire them.
This is the first dental office that my wife can actually get her mouth numbed appropriately with no pain. We highly recommend this office.
I went to this place. They are rude, only care about making money and keep trying to bill you for more services. Service is horrible as well.
First of all I had to wait an hour after my appointment to get in. Then I sat in a chair in the back for 30 minutes watching TV while I waited again. You can look across the room in the back and watch the other patients get looked at. They said I had a cavity so I went back. Latino dentist never said hi, etc, what he was doing. He rushed through the whole job and then just left. Never said anything.
Hygentist then tried to get me to do all these extra billing items and said I had to keep coming back.
I went there twice - cleaning and filling. Each time they give you huge bills (charge you for everything under the sun, including the mouthwash they give you after the cleaning to rise ur mouth- don't expect anything under $500 even with insurance)
WOrst denist expereince ever - never go here
they are like a mcdonalds of denist but with the worst dentist, staff, service, and pricing.

I was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient for a chipped tooth. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and they made me feel so comfortable!
