Poor service

Lg had contacted this company to do the warranty repair to my Zenith lcd tv . After their service tech left I returned home to find my tv was missing screws from the case and had atleast 7 screws from within the tv on the floor . Needless to say the tv quit working the next day . I called lg back and while on hold I decided to take the light out and found some wires pinched in the light . Now 30 days later the tv is having other problems , R&R electronics is doing the repair this time and has informed me that my tv was as i thought , loose wires missing screws and used replacement parts and my once new light was replaced with a unit that had 6,000 hours on . I just had the light replaced 4 months before they worked on it . Beware of this company , had I payed for the repairs I would have sued this company.
