Torsion spring broke on garage door, tech came fairly quickly, installed "upgraded" spring on right side to handle my heavy door. ((Strange since original size spring lasted 12 years). Austin was very courteous, explained his repair work and how to keep door lubricated. Installation of 8355 Liftmaster was installed and setup for Internet was simple. Love how quiet the door and opener are now.

Any time I have ever used them they are out within an hour or so, great customer service, knowledgeable, and cost is usually lower than I thought! I have used them for years and wouldn't even try a competitor because I trust the guys here.
