It was close to union square and was cheap compared to other hotels. I walk a lot so getting to the east village was a short walk as well. Have to share toilets and shower. Other than that it was totally fine. If you are in NYC visiting you are rarely in your room anyways.

Hotel bathrooms were kept very clean. The room size was small, but comfortable. The hotel was at a great location. I would stay here again when coming to New York.
