Excellent staff, Amanda was at the front desk was amazing. and helped other staff when needed.
Only problem we had was that after unpacking found the toilet was plugged up. Called the front desk and within 5 minutes Amanda had another room assigned to us and she brought the key up to our room.
This item should be put on a check list, for housekeeping to check on the daily cleaning of he room.

More friendly than being at home

Whenever I am in LaPorte I stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are in great shape. I never have a problem finding parking. While the breakfast offering is okay, I would say there is room for improvement there. That is a small issue however.
