Office staff is very unprofessional that treat there tenants like scumbags even the ones who pay rent on time never late Joel is by far the worst manager that they have had the only good thing I can say about that place is the maintenance crew Steve and is wife are awesome that deserve a raise but hillcrest is to cheap to give them a raise!!!!and not only that you don't have water 2 night a week
