The 15 month lease is extremely common when a new community is doing a lease up, it is so that not every single person's lease expires at the same time. If you don't like it wait a year and lease then, or live somewhere else! If you don't mind that kind of commitment defiantly stop by I think it is a beautiful property with very helpful staff, I'm looking forward to moving in.

Leases have to 15 months..!!! I've never give 1 star to anywhere. Only here I have to give 1 star because sale say only 15 months leases, She said "if everyone lease 10-12 months my business lost" OMG...!!! Forget it

Wow, not even in business yet and playing games! As of July 19th, no leases for less than 15 months, with no reduction in monthly rent. How do you say, see ya later!
