Although they have been in business for decades, I can't imagine why! They have lost me as a customer forever. Customer service is poor to nonexistent. Accounting practices are sloppy and, possibly, unethical. A credit of $600 for a change in appliance order was never posted to my credit card, and additional charges and credits were made on my credit card without explanation. Absolutely Horrible! I ordered a summit 24"" gas range and when I took the top off the box realized this oven was a toy. Very cheap grates. I put the top back on and wanted to exchange and the answer was too bad!
You bought it! I even offered to buy a top of the line Viking range and they refused. That would be trading the $800 range for the $4,000 range. Unbelievable short sightedness. Then when I asked to speak to the owner they immediately threw me over to voice mail. I left my name and number but haven't heard back. I don't recommend these people. There's a reason people go...

Ordered a whole kitchen 3 months in advance to be delivered at same time for installation. Delivered over a week. I did not like the refrigerator. They would only accept it back at a 35% restocking fee or on consignment (because the box was opened by their delivery personel) after I bought a new one. Salesman and manager were very condescending and rude. Go somewhere else.

This is a store that was established in 1918 and still harks back to the days when retail stores were cramped full of as much merchandise as could be squeezed into a space. This feeling of yesteryear is not reflected in the goods, which are all the latest Hi-Tec kitchen appliances, and the staff who are up-to-date and know their products.
